Mark currently serves as an elected official as Councilman-At-Large for the City of Bellefontaine. As a member and former Chairman of the Finance Committee, Mark works to establish budgets and monitor and recommend appropriations. He also serves or has served in the following capacity;
- Downtown Bellefontaine Partnership – Board of Directors (former ER Chairman)
- Logan County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
- Logan County Community Improvement Corporation Board of Directors
Previously an engineer with Siemens, Mark was placed in the fast-track program for executive candidates. He was also an International Delegate, which allowed him to live and work abroad in Germany.
Mark has been published or quoted in the Columbus Dispatch, Columbus Business First, Affluent Magazine, and other publications. In addition, he is a member of the Financial Planning Association.
Mark graduated with a B.S. from Miami University, majoring in Engineering. He lives in Bellefontaine with his wife, Stephanie and sons, Max and Harrison.
